Returns policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and we back that up with our return policies. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase from blendlush.com, please return or exchange the item(s) within 60 days of receiving the order in its original condition. While we hope it doesn’t come to that, we will make it as painless as possible with free return shipping.

Only purchases made directly from blendlush.com qualify for the Satisfaction Guarantee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, as blendlush are not held responsible for any lost returns.

Merchandise eligible for return or exchange must meet the following:

– Within 60 days of receiving the order;
– New, unused and in original condition;
– Inclusive of all original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of return or exchange.
– Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).

blendlush.com reserves the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not adhered to.

Used items are not eligible for return or exchange.

If 60 days have gone by since your receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

 

Instructions for returns:

  1. Download and print the returns label.
  2. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and attach the label on a satchel/ box. You can use the satchel/ box the items arrived in or another satchel/ box if you prefer.
  3. Take it to an authorized drop-off location and ship.
  4. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when a refund is issued.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/he will find out about your return.
