If you would like to cancel or make change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours after you made the order.


After 24 hours of ordering your shipment is most likely on the way to you, therefore order cancellation is not possible. However you can still apply for refund as described in our refund policy at https://blendlush.com/pages/refund-policy. In this case :

  • You have to wait your order to be shipped to your address
  • You have to return the backpack(s) or accessories in the original condition to the address provided by us. 
  • Your return must be a registered package to allow tracking
  • Upon arrival of the backpack, we will refund your money, if the backpack unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. You can track your order if you click on the following link: https://blendlush.aftership.com/

Please allow up to 3 days for shipping information to show up as tracking information is only updated once a day.

Please note the estimated delivery date when completing your order. This date is just an estimation, and may change during transit. Keeping an eye on the tracking should give you a good idea of when your order will arrive, but if you run into delays, please feel free to reach out to support@blendlush.com. Please keep in mind that our shipping method timelines are in business days, and do not include weekends or holidays.

Changing of address is allowed within 24-hour of purchasing the item/s. You may contact us via contact@blendlush.com to request for change.
